Pets of the Month

Meet Louise

At only 3-months-old, Louise is a bundle of puppy love and energy. This adorable German Shepherd mix is currently 7 pounds, but you can expect her to keep growing in size. Due to this, she would benefit from having a big backyard to run around and play in. Louise came to the Arizona Humane Society all the way from Flagstaff in search of warmer weather and, of course, a furever family! Unfortunately, she came down with a slight puppy cold and needed to spend some time in a foster home. Now, she’s good as new and ready to find her perfect match.

Meet Louise at the Arizona Humane Society’s Petique at the Shops at Norterra location at
2460 W. Happy Valley Road in Phoenix. Clarissa’s adoption fee is $510 and includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations, a microchip and a free follow-up wellness exam with a VCA Animal Hospital. For more information, visit azhumane.org/adopt.

Meet Trippy

Trippy is a 10-month-old Domestic Shorthair with the prettiest eyes and fur! This sweet girl previously lived with dogs and other cats before, so she’d love to have some fellow fur buddies. Though a little shy at first (the shelter environment can be scary!), she blossoms into an affectionate and curious gal who even explores outside with supervision.

Meet Trippy at the Arizona Humane Society’s Campus for Compassion at 1521 W. Dobbins Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85041. Trippy’s adoption fee is $75 and includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations, a microchip and a free follow-up wellness exam with a VCA Animal Hospital.

Please note: These pets may have been adopted by the time you visit the shelter, however AHS has dozens more wonderful pets who also
need loving homes. Please take a moment to meet some of the other dogs, cats and other companion animals at the shelter!
